Returns Policy

Merchandise must be properly packaged in original carton and shipping materials and undamaged for us to accept an item for return. Please retain sales or gift receipt. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipping date. Receipt must accompany any returns or exchanges. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number before shipping the package. We recommend that you use tracking and insurance when returning your item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless return is due to a Provide-n-ce error. No opened CDs or videos will be accepted for return or refund. All CD and video returns must be in original sealed packaging.

Shipping Policy

Shipments are made using UPS Ground unless you specify some other method of shipment. As noted in some item descriptions larger items may have additional shipping costs due to size and weight, especially artworks
